This program is a database browser for Windows3.x and Windows 95. However, it is only able to view and edit 16-bit databases. Examples of those databases are MS Acess v1.x, FoxPro, DBase, etc.

If you received this file in as part of a "zip" package, you will need some program such as PKUNZIP to extract the files from the "zipped" file. PKUNZIP is included in the last install disk. The command for unzipping the files using PKUNZIP is:

At Drive C, or whatever drive you want to install this software type:

PKUNZIP A:\TRUBRWSE.ZIP C:\TRUBRWSE

Or if you have a windows zip utility such as WinZip, upon it up in the zip utility and extract it there.

Since all the files needed are contained in the zip, put all files in the same directory. This also make uninstalling easy. To uninstall, just delete the directory and all the files in it.

Next you will need to create a program group and icon for it in Windows 3.x or a shortcut for it in Windows 95. If you do not know how to do this go to the help in Windows. Search for help for program groups or shortcuts in Windows 95 depending on which version of Windows you use.

Information on how to register this TRY-BEFORE-YOU-BUY software is contained within the program, in the programs help file, and in the file register.txt.
